Renewal expired domain

    Dear support,

    I would like to request information about the renewal process of an expired domain. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to meet the payment requirements in time and have thus lost my domain. I am still willing to use the domain however and would like to sort the matter out.

    This depends on several factors, and I cannot give you an accurate answer without knowing the domain you’re trying to renew. The account you’re using here has never owned any domains with us, so I’ll need you to please tell me the domain in question, and I’ll also need you to log in as the account that originally owned the domain – if the domain is still recoverable we can only attempt a recovery if requested by the account that owns the domain.
