    Please explain to me, how you have managed to mis-represent your advertising to me your client, in a devious, unjust manner,… My subscription was for 2 YEARS AND THERE WAS NO INFORMATION OF ADDITIONAL FEES IN 2021!,… but now, you intend for me to pay another $96 just for my renewal to a subscription I already paid for?! This is ludicrous and I will not be paying.

    Hi there!

    Which site are you referring to? I only see the site richardprosser.com on your account, and that site has plan Business (owned by a different account) that expires in November 2021.

    The $96 sounds like the Premium plan subscription, and there is no need for you to subscribe to that plan.

    If you’re talking about a different site, please let us know the details so we can have a look.
