RENEWAL ISSUE

I cancelled the auto-renewal of my domain mapping but have been charged regardless and it does not seem that the cancellation has gone through. I am not renewing my ownership of the domain and I no longer need this service. I have logged this as a claim with PayPal but have been told that if I cancel the claim then WordPress will refund the mistaken payment much faster. How can I request a refund directly from WordPress?

I would also like to know how to cancel the automatic payment for the future because I am no longer being given the option to do so.

It looks like the dispute has been cancelled and I was able to issue the refund for you. You should receive it in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.
