Renewal keeps failing and trying to charge me for items I don't want

    I am so angry with this service. I have updated credit card details and set up for renewal all week. Your company keeps trying to overcharge me $116 when I keep cancelling. Such a load of rubbish, now we will lose our domain because this service is so bad. I keep getting renewal failure emails when there is no reason. Why it should be failing

    Domains are no longer sold as stand-alone upgrades on WordPress.com, but can only be bought as part of a plan. Existing domain owners can still renew domains without a plan, but you are not the original owner of your domain, it was transferred to you from another user. In order to renew the domain you will need to buy a plan, as you didn’t own the domain at the time this change was made to our system.
