Renewal Notice

I received a renewal notice for domain mapping at $13 per year. However, when I go to the site, I only have the option to upgrade for $2.99 per month. Is there some way to get to the renewal option in the email notice? What am I missing?

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.

Thanks for this tip. I do have two accounts, but both of them indicate free plan when I check on Manage Purchase. Is there any way to get the renewal moved to one of these other accounts?
If I upgrade one of these accounts not associated with the domain name, will it renew the domain? One of the accounts that is not showing the renewal is faithedmonds.org.

Got the renewal taken care of. What it appears I needed to do was log out of the other WordPress site. A low-tech oversight on my part. Thank you for your kind help and support.
