Renewal Notice from WordPress.com

    Please.
    I received an email (may, 26, 2018) notifying me about the renewal notice before a domain’s expiration date, focosaudeonline.com
    I logged on wordpress (July, 11, 2018) and accessed the Purchases section to solve this question.
    But i saw the message ‘you dont have any site’.
    I neeed help.

    Hi ceofernandoalves,

    focosaudeonline.com was purchased through another WordPress.com account, which is why there is a message saying you don’t any sites. Please log out of ceofernandoalves and login using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to, then reply here so we can look at the next steps.
