Renewal notice that I didn’t want….

    I received notice yesterday that my credit card was charged for the renewal of a blog that I don’t even remember having. I am looking for my account info here, wondering how the card was charged, and I can’t find any ‘auto renewal’ information.

    Please have the charges reversed and close the account.

    Thanks for writing to us. The reason you aren’t finding any payment or purchase details on the account is because it has never bought anything from us. The charge that you’re referring to must be associated with a different user account.

    In that email that we sent as a receipt it should list the site associated with the charge. Please share that information so we can help you get signed in correctly.
