Renewal of Domain Name

  Hi guys, I received a notification that my domain Resolution2Resolve is scheduled to expire on 18 Nov 2021. That would be bad as this is a business domain.

  I followed the link in your email and got to this website. It is an old and outdated ‘sandbox’ for two projects which subsequently were continued differently. None of them is linked to Resolution2Resolve.

  Can I check with you what is going on in this regard? I will check with Siteground (where the domain is actually registered) when it expires. If it does soon, I will renew it there.

  Hi there,

  The domain is registered through us, but it’s owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. To be able to manage that site you need to log in to that other account of yours.
