Renewal of domain name

  My blog uses my domain name readyplanted.com. I transferred that from the .wordpress free blog earlier this year.
  Originally I had registered the domain name with 123-reg. They have written to me to say I need to renew my domain name with them by 10th September.
  I thought I would now need to renew with you and that would be from May next year.
  Have I got that right and can I safely ignore the 123-reg payment request?

  Hi Margaret,

  Your domain readyplanted.com is mapped to your WordPress.com site, but it isn’t registered here. (WordPress.com isn’t able to accept incoming domain transfers.) Your domain upgrade here makes it possible to use your domain with your WordPress.com site, but you’ll also need to renew the domain name with your domain registrar 123-reg to keep ownership of that domain name.
