Renewal of my subscription

  Hello,
  I have just received an email that informs me that I will automatically pay 26 euros on the 4th December 2006. I don’t want you to renew my subscription and take my money.
  In the mail it is said that I can change this situation by going in my ‘purchase management’ section. But when I go in this section, I have no possibility to cancel my automatic subscription.

  So I am writing this email to you because I need your help to prevent WordPress to take my money automatically. I don’t want to renew my subscription.

  Could you please help me ?

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into canceling the subscription purchase.
