Renewal of Premium level –cannot access my account data

I have received a notice that my $99 for my premium WordPress blog for Deirdre O’Dare will auto-renew in June but the old credit card number is no longer valid and I need to change it but I cannot log into anything to fix this. The my account info is not accessible even when I am logged in as deirdrewindancer which is my correct log-in. Please EMAIL ME at (email visible only to moderators and staff) with a phone number or other way I can contact you to resolve this.
And no, I have tried to log in from my dashboard page and it is NOT WORKING.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with this user account or with http://deirdrewindancer.wordpress.com/.
Is http://deirdrewindancer.wordpress.com/ the URL of the blog that this renewal concerns?

I suspct the easiest solution is just to go into the account and upgrade as if it had not been premium for at least a year in mid June I am trying to find the renewal notice and it seems to have fallen into a black hole! It also involved the domain of deirdreodare.com I believe. What a pain in the backside!!

I’m not seeing that deirdreodare.com is registered with WordPress.com. It looks like deirdreodare.com is registered through hostgator.

I kind of solved the problem with some digging. I have the deirdrewindancer blog, little used to date, and then a registered WP domain as deirdreodare.org (I think org and not com since I have an old web site in the latter url.) I am not sure if I can marry them up or not but I will look into that and then see about going premium. Thanks anyway. Due to some personal health issues I got things a bit mixed up and fell behind theh power curve on this. I’ll sort it all in time.
