    Hi – I cannot tell if my domain was renewed or not. It appears there is no charge card in my account, but my domain has renewed automatically in the past. When I go to my purchase tab, there is no option to renew, only to upgrade. Please let me know how to proceed. – Thanks!

    It doesn’t seem like there was ever a custom domain under the account you’re using to post here. What is the domain in question? Could it be that you registered it under a different account (different email address)?
