    Hi there. Received email today about renewing my account before 12/18 to waive the domain charge. When clicking on Renew Now it opens up my wordpress site but doesn’t give me the chance to renew. What do I need to do? Thanks

    I suspect you might be logged into the wrong account, as the account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites or upgrades.

    What is the address of the site for which you received this email?
