Renewal Payment

    I have updated the CC number under my profile, Coach Smith 23 but Jim Moran has the card under his profile that needs to be updated. Can someone Charge my card to renew the site? We want to renew as is for this year. Please let me know Robert Smith

    Hi @fikecoachsmith23, right now the upgrade is owned by the other user, but there are a few options they can use:

    – They could transfer upgrade ownership to you. They’d need to get in touch with us and ask us to do it. You’d want to leave plenty of time since the transfer process can take a bit. Have them get in touch at http://wordpress.com/help/contact

    OR

    – You could log in as them and enter the card details, or give them the card details so they can enter them. If you should be the upgrade owner, though, I recommend the first option.
