Renewal Payment Received?

I’ve paid for a renewal (filled out the form for payment and hit submit twice) but the status of my domain still shows it will be expiring at the end of April.

I don’t see any renewal transactions on your account. Did you receive a receipt from us?

No I didn’t. Payment must not be going through. What are our other options? Can we enable auto-renew somehow? That seems to be how we used to pay.

You’ll need to enable auto-renew as part of a renewal. Are you trying to renew from the My Upgrades section of your Dashboard?

Hm, do you have any luck if you click “Enable Auto-Renew”? Maybe that will re-use your previous details.
