Hi. I hope this note finds you safe and well. I received a notification that our website domain was going to expire, but I went to check and I have auto renew enables and it says it doesn’t expire until April 23, 2022. Am I reading things wrong? I am not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
What is the domain name you’re referring to?

Hi and thank you for your quick response! We have had the domain theamericatropical.org for a few years but this is the first time I have received this renewal reminder. I was not aware of any billing either so the email kind of startled me.

That domain won’t expire until May 24, 2022, but it also belongs to a different WordPress.com account (not the one you’re currently logged in under).
If you want to access its billing details, you’ll need to log in here under the email address the notification was sent to. And, if you don’t recall the password for that account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
