  Please how can I renew my subscription because I try to do it via the Purchases but I get only the possibility to make an upgrade and not a renewal at my present one.
  Please let me know step by step,how I should do it or send me a link that I can do it directly.

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
