Renewals and plans

  Hi. It was recently I renewed my plan for http://www.sarahmilesartstudio.com at £36, and I also paid £36 to set up a new website http://www.kinetonartgroup.com at the end of October. Today I got an email which has confused me. It seems to be telling me to renew now (why when I should be all set for many months?) and that I have to pay £22 and £36 (why when I already paid my £36 for both sites?) I’m really confused.

  The domain https://sarahmilesartstudio.com/ expires on the 12th January 2019. Renewals tend to be processed one month before expiry. Are you positive you renewed the plan recently? The two charges will be for the plan and for the domain itself (which is now a separate charge). I’ll add a modlook tag to ask a member of staff to reply to you.
