Renewed Domain

    Hi there!

    I renewed my Domain for Mardn.net and got the confirmation email and everything. When I sign into my wordpress dashboard and goto domains, the only one it says I have is Mardn.Wordpress.com and my new Mardn.net does not show up.

    Please let me know whats going on –

    Hi there,

    We sent you a manual payment link for that domain on 13 November. You only paid yesterday, 23 days later. That domain has long since been removed from our system, and is no longer in our control, so we cannot restore it to your account any more and I’ve refunded your payment.

    You can try registering it again as a new domain – if no one else has registered it in the meantime you should be able to. But you will also need to buy a new plan again as well if you want to register it with us.
