Renewed SSL Certificate but error loading

    Hi, I’m Tracy from TWIICE, in charge of communications. I am contacting you from another account but the account onto which we’re having trouble is realted to TWIICE SA. We have recently updated the SSL certificate for this website but for the past couple of days have still been down- It’s been showing a privacy error. Could you please remdy to that as soon as possible?

    Hey Tracy, our hosting typically has an SSL certificate built in, so you wouldn’t need to upload it. Can you send a link to the affected site? If it’s with another host, I’d recommend reaching out to them directly on this.
