Renewing a domain that is 'pending deletion' for almost a month?!

    I purchased a domain called http://www.missmoss.me through wordpress. It expired 31st October and I never received a notification and now my blog, website and emails that are all linked to that domain are not working and my business is seriously suffering. I have written o several occasions to wordpress and received no satisfactory help other than to ‘just wait for the domain to be available which should take no longer than 5 days’ but this has been for now almost 3 weeks!!
    I have received no help or advice and I am seriously frustrated that there is no one to talk to other than an email address that no one seems to answer. Who is responsible now for the effects on my business and all the business and work I have lost in loosing emails and having my domain down for so long?? I have not even had an answer on what domain company I am supposed to contact as I am assuming WordPress went through another company and no one seems capable of resolving this matter.
    I am seriously considering further action against wordpress if this matter is not resolved within 24hours with someone actually contacting me or providing a number to contact someone. You can reach me on [phone numbers redacted]
