Renewing an expired site redirect

  I noticed that a site redirect had expired — engagingemergence.com. It is still working. And on one screen, it says that it will work until 2014. Yet when I look at the detail, it says the site redirect expired on 1/30/13. I tried entering updated credit card info but it doesn’t seem to take. Help! How do I renew the redirect?

  Hi Peggy,

  I have synchronised both dates. Now you should see the same expiration dates in both screens.
  The redirect upgrade for engagingemergence.com expires the 2014-01-29th.
  You should not worry about its expiration as auto-renew is enable for this upgrade.
