  We would like to renew the domain but when we click on the renew button it shows a screen with blank lines which we can’t fill in. Can you help?

  I see one of our Happiness Engineers is already helping you with this by email. They mentioned the upgrades are owned by another user of the site (charkint), so you will need to login to that account to renew.
