Hi there,
I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

How do we go about changing the owner of the upgrade, or removing the upgrade, and adding it back with the correct account? The person that is currently owner is not the person that should be paying the bill.

All I will need is the current owner to post in this thread under their account providing consent for the transfer. Then, I’ll be happy with proceeding with transferring the upgrade over to your account.
