Renewing domain mapping

    I received an email from WordPress to update my payment details as my credit card is expiring this month. When I go into ‘Manage Purchases’>’Purchases’, the only option is to upgrade my plan, while all I want to do is update my credit card details but keep the same plan ($14 per year) which expires in September 2016.

    I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
