Renewing domain with a credit

  Hello
  I have a credit balance in your payment account. How can I deduce it from the renewing of this year?

  Hi there,

  If you have credits in your account, they will be applied when you purchase or renew an upgrade. (Please note that credits are not used for auto-renewals, so you will need to click the “Renew Now” button to renew the upgrade.) You will also need to make sure that the upgrade is owned by the same account that has the credits.
