Renewing domaine

Everytime I log on to jaxexchangeclub.com I receive the message : Uh oh! Your blog’s domain jaxexchangeclub.com expired 21 days ago! I renewed our domain at godaddy.com which is where it was originally from back in August. Our site still shows as being expired. What do I need to do now to get this back up asap?

The domain mapping upgrade for that blog (which allows you to access the blog at the custom domain jaxexchangeclub.com) has expired. The person who owns that domain upgrade will need to renew it from their My Upgrades page: https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
Only the person who owns the upgrade (in this case, the blog owner/administrator) can renew it. That person is welcome to reply here or contact us directly for more help with that.

We have no idea who the blog owner/administrator is anymore since the website updates have traveled through several different Board of Directors. Is there a way to find this out or have it transferred to another person?
