Renewing expired domain

  How can I renew my expired domain: thehumanpostcard.com which was created using WordPress.com.
  When I try to transfer the domain to hostmonster.com it says I need to get some code from where it is registered which is Wild West Domains, Inc. however I am unable to locate Wild West Domains, Inc. or the code.

  The domain thehumanpostcard.com expired on June 27 and has unfortunately been purchased by someone else since then.
