  Hello I am having trouble renewing my gsuite can you help as its due to expire!!

  Howdy –

  I think the problem here is that you are not signed in to the correct account. You’ve contacted us from helena280218 which does not have any upgrades or charges associated with it.

  You’ll need to sign in to the WordPress.com account where you bought the GSuite originally. Then you should be able to renew it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ Click on the G Suite upgrade and use the renew link.
