Renewing my BLOG

  I’m trying to update my Debit Card so that NAASCA’s using your BLOG services at https://naasca.wordpress.com/ (Together We Can Heal), which is about to renew, will continue without any interruption. I’m having problem logging in and / or being recognized as the BLOG’s ‘owner’.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
