Renewing my domain

I have owned the domain wonderbirddesign.com for a couple years now and 2 days ago it expired. So I went to renew it and I cannot figure out how to just simply renew my domain for $13. I tried just starting over with adding a domain but it says ‘domain already linked to another account’ which is obviously my account. Can someone please help me just renew wonderbirddesign.com?

I would be happy to assist you in renewing wonderbirddesign.com. However, the upgrade that was purchased is indeed linked to another account – not wonderbirddesignblog. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

Yes. I should own it. I can’t imagine someone taking that domain just in the past day.
my username is wonderbirddesign – the account I am currently signed into here. I got an email this morning with a button within the email that said renew domain and when I click it it just goes to my dashboard and I don’t know where to go from there.

Yes, the upgrade is under the account wonderbirddesign, but you are currently logged under wonderbirddesignblog. It appears that you may have created more than one account inadvertently.
