Renewing my website

  Hello,
  I am trying to renew my domain for next year, but I can not find a page to make a payment. Where can I pay $18.00 to renew the domain?

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  Thank you very much for your reply.
  I am a little confused .
  Current website is handed down from someone and I am in charge of the website since last year.
  What you are saying is, whoever renewed the domain registration last time is the only person who can renew the domain registration?
  Also, is this mean I can not transfer domain to another service as well?
  What is the owner of the upgrade means?

  That is correct. The owner of the site also owns the domain and is the only one that has access to renew it. I would suggest getting in touch with the owner and seeing if they can transfer both the domain and the site to your account. That way you can renew the domain yourself.

  Once you have ownership over the domain, you can definitely transfer it to another registrar if you prefer:
