Renewing my WordPress account

  i received an email saying that you tried to renew with my credit card but were unsuccessful. I went in and updated the credit card info. Will this afford an immediate renewal?

  There are no purchases on the account you are logged in to (fbceastbernard). The upgrades for fbceb.com are owned by phylake. If they are having trouble renewing, please ask them to login and reply here. Once they’ve done that, I’ll be happy to help.

  Hi gemmacevans,
  I originally purchased the upgrades on behalf of fbceastbernard but that account needs to be able to purchase this and further renewals. How can we make that happen?

  Great, thanks. I’ve contacted fbceastbernard to confirm they are happy for ownership of the plan to be transferred to their account. Once they’ve replied, I’ll sort that out for you and they can renew.

  Great, thanks for confirming. If you visit your Manage Purchases page, you’ll see the option to renew the plan (which includes domain mapping):

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
