  Hi, you registered the domain through another provider, then had it mapped to our name servers, correct?

  If you need to renew the domain itself, go ahead and contact the registrar. If you’d like to add mapping again, you’ll need to add a paid plan:
  https://wordpress.com/plans

  Then you can map the domain.

  All plans includes domain mapping, extra space, no ads, and direct support. Once you’ve added the plan, you can head to https://wordpress.com/domains to re-map your domain.
