Renovación dominio

  Buenos días,

  Intento en Mis mejoras desactivar la renovación automática de un dominio que he comprado, pero no encuentro activa la opción para hacerlo. ¿Qué debo hacer?

  Hi Elena,

  You don’t need to do anything to deactivate auto renew on your domain. Because your credit card expires before your domain’s expiration date, auto renew is already deactivated.

  If you decide you want to use auto renew for your domain, you will need to go to the My Upgrades page and update your credit card information for your domain. Otherwise, your domain will not auto renew — you will have the option to renew it manually next year.
