  I Have a custom requirement with form,

  example:
  Dropdown list 1 (ORIGIN) >
  ABC
  DEF
  GHI

  Dropdown list 2 (DESTINATION)>
  JKL
  MNO
  PQR

  Suppose selected Origin is
  ABC and Destination is
  MNO i wanna show a price automatically
  then their should be book option which can send email.
