  I was just charged on my account as of 07/01/14 284 dollars for an account here and I have not signed up for a renewal and would like the money refunded immediately as it has made my account overdraft.

  Under the dashboard My Upgrades page, click to Refund the upgrade there and remember to disable Auto-Renewal while you’re at it.
