Reopen Closed Account

    I accidentally closed my account and I would like to retrieve it back!

    Hi there,

    We can only reverse an account closure for 30 days, and then only if requested from the email address that used to be connected to the account in question. We cannot do this at request from a completely different account.

    When you closed your account you would have received an email confirming it. Please reply to that email for help reversing the process.
