Repayment not completed

    good afternoon

    Earlier this month I requested the cancellation of an upgrade to the site segredosdaiza name.
    Sent me an email confirming the cancellation and that would have been like utilizidado for a period , would be deducted the days of using the upgrade and the rest would reembolsadono period of up to 7 days and did not happen . Until today I have not received this refund.
    I wonder what is missing to repay me , I spent just 18 days after the message and the remainder would be returned . The account of my card is already closed and no reimbursement occurred .

    I see two different upgrades on your site:

    1. WordPress.com Premium plan with the domain name brincandocommoda.com

    2. The domain name segredosdaiza.com

    Can you please confirm which upgrade you want to cancel? I can help you cancel that upgrade and issue a full refund.

    Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

    If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can move it to another host instead.
