Replacing default-suffix "the cat's pajamas"
-
When I make a Google-search on my wordpress-adress ”kolliker” the search-header displays as ”kolliker ǀ This WordPress.com site is the cat’s pajamas”. Where do I edit and replace this default-pajamas-story with my own description?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, that’s called the “tagline” and you can change it under Settings > General:
https://kolliker.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
It looks like you already figured this out, but just let me know if you need anything else!

Thanks for your reply, but it dosen’t seem to nail it.
If you write
kolliker site:co
in the search field in Google, it’s still the pajamas story, that turns up.What a wonderful profession, kathryn, btw

Hi there, Google’s search index doesn’t update itself instantaneously – it can take some time for Google’s search spider (robot) to reindex your site and show the new tagline in its search results.
If you’d like to monitor Google’s interaction with your site more closely, feel free to sign up for Google Webmaster Tools and install it on your site. You can learn more here:
