replacing missing photo on my homepage

  Hi! I just took over my companies web site (www.Potteryworld.com). I am new to WordPress but not to the Web. By accident, on my homepage I deleted a photo in the ‘Spring’ box in the middle of the page. I can’t find where to add a new picture to that box, or what Plug-in to use. Also, do you know of any video or book that teaches WordPress to beginners that is good. Thank You, Bill
