Are you referring to a different website? https://kallenbossip.wordpress.com appears to be a new site with no posts.
An image in a post, old or new, can be replaced as follows:
1. Open the selected post editor via Posts > All Posts
2. Click on the image you wish to replace.
3. Click on the pencil (edit) icon.
4. Under the image at the right of the Image Details page, click on the “Replace” button
5. Choose an image from files or your media library to use as the replacement.
6. Click on the Replace button again
7. Update the post. -
