Replies to contact forms bounce back
-
I’ve found that the last 3 out of 4 attempts to reply to people who’ve got in touch via the contact form have bounced back. That’s 3 separate people who surely can’t have all typed their email address wrong – can they?
With the third one I even tried typing in their email address and sending from a different account on a different machine. Still no joy – “recipient address rejected” by AOL. Is it possible the contact form is somehow mangling the addresses?
The only one that’s worked is a test contact from a friend whose address is in my contacts book. That was after I’d deleted and replaced the contact form on the page this evening, so I’m not sure which of those two factors made it work.
Any help would be very welcome. I am clueless here.

Hello! Can you give me a link to the specific feedback you were responding to from the Feedback section of your site?

Hi Shawna, thanks for responding – I’m not sure how to link to a specific item but it’s the 2nd, 6th and 7th items on the feedback screen. Are you able to access them that way? The ones in between those are just me trying to work out what’s gone wrong.

Thanks! Let me try submitting a comment through your form and you try to email me like you do with the others. :)
