Request a refund for Domain Mapping

  Hello

  I would like to have a refund for my upgrade as I am unable to use my .org platform after the redirect upgrade. I am still “forced” to use .com wordpress platform which I am unable to install my own theme

  Hi there, I would be glad to help you sort this out.

  I don’t see a Site Redirect upgrade on your site, only a domain mapping upgrade. Is it possible you purchased domain mapping instead of a redirect by accident?

  You can see all your upgrades under Store > My Upgrades:

  https://jacewordpress.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  If you’d like to cancel this upgrade and obtain a refund, you can click “Cancel and Refund.”

  Is your goal to have visitors to jacewordpress.wordpress.com reach a self-hosted site at http://ah-zar.com? If so I would be glad to swap your mapping upgrade for a site redirect, since they are the same price. Just let me know.

  I think i really bought the wrong package. Kindly assist to swap my mapping upgrade for a site redirect.

  No problem – I’ve gone ahead and removed the domain mapping upgrade and added a site redirect instead. Just let me know if everything is working as intended now.

  Er.. when i type jacewordpress.wordpress.com, it did not redirect.

  The redirect is working at this end in two browsers.

  Could you please try clearing your browser cache? Let me know if that does the trick.
