Request a refund of an upgrade when "cancel" isn't present.

The “cancel” button isn’t available for the upgrade that automatically charged my card on file when it shouldn’t have…the upgrade was a $30.00 Custom Design renewal that I had taken off of automatic renewal two days prior to charging. The page itself says I should be able to request a refund, but I have not been able to find a way to do that.
