Request advice for select right plugin/s

    Hello,
    I need to create a website with user login.. But, I need to fulfill some extra requirements with user logins.
    1) All Users can login Free
    2) If they are Free Users Every Download cost Full Price without Discount (ex. 1 Product Price 10$)
    3) User’s can join with the One Year Subscription for 100$ Per Year
    3) If User’s join with the One year Subscription any 10 Product can buy 5$
    4) If User’s Buy more than 10 Products they will cost Full Price
    5) Admin Can Remove or Bann User

    6) Admin can see what kind of product that user downloaded for now
    7) Every Product needs a Download Counter Show in Public

    Please be kind advice me what kind of WP plugins need me to complete this task.

    Hi there, I don’t see any WordPress.com sites associated with your username. To install plugins here at WordPress.com, you would need the WordPress.com Business plan upgrade. Are you planning to host your site with us here on the Business Plan?
