Request an invite on a friend’s account

Hi, I am not sure where to begin. My best friend has a book review blog on WordPress. It seems to have limited access that has to be granted by the site owner. She tragically met with an accident 8 months ago and she didn’t make it. I have been trying to find ways to make new memories with her in some form and when I realized that she had a blog, it seemed to give me hope. I might get a chance to read her words again. I know that this is a long shot, but I would be very grateful if anyone had any suggestions on how I could get access to her site. Thank you. This is the blog link:

Hi there,
Only the owner of a private site can give other people access to it. We cannot give you access at your request under any circumstances.
If the site owner is deceased, we can only give access to the site/account to their next of kin or the executor of their estate, so if you have contact with her relatives, ask them whether they’d be willing to claim ownership of the site and give you access:
