request assistance with password recovery

    1. I have severl times now sen the webmail to worpress to instigate password recovery;
    2. on-screen feedback: ‘we have just sent an email to (that address)
    3. email has not arrived once upon severl attempts;
    4. test-run: have entered alternative email address (x2) – in both cases the on-screen feedback ‘no account resognised’; so I have to assume that the onf given first was indeed correct and recognised.
    5. Can you please assist to get over this hurdle instead of sending me back to start over. I repeat: the wordpress reply has not arrived in my account with yahoo. TY
