Request: Delete linked blogs

How do I remove linked blogs from my dashboard? I have two previously self-hosted blogs (eclecticstatic.com and robdrysdale.com which appears twice) which were linked to my robertdrysdale.wordpress.com blog either through the stats plugin, or through Jetpack. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to unlike the blogs. Only the WordPress.com site still exists. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
