Request for help to recover my WordPress account

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Greetings of the day

    It’s been approx. one year, I took service from an agency to create my website. Now I don’t have access to my wordpress account. I can use my website but cannot make any changes into it. I don’t have my login credentials. Also, WordPress is showing that my email id does not exist. Please help me to recover my account.
